Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FoA)
OWPC recognises the importance of transparency as demanded by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
OWPC has the stated intent to comply as a minimum with the core requirements of the FoA as they apply to parish councils. To this end we have published minutes for a minimum of the last 24 months on this website along with our code of conduct and information about us.
Should any further information be demanded or requests made to view documentation under the FoA provisions please contact the clerk of OWPC (by appointment only).
An administration charge of £5.00 will be levied for each document copied and supplied by OWPC.
