Freedom of Information Act
         
     
         
  The Parish Council was required under the new Freedom of Information Act to adopt a Publication Scheme by 1st January 2009. This was passed at the latter end of 2008 as recorded in the minutes. The 'Model Publication Scheme' which was issued by the Information Commissioner's Office, was adopted without amendment.
