OWPC Assets Inventory

OWPC has a number of assets that it is responsible for.  The following is a list of such assets as of  1st October 2007.

1. Common Land registered to OWPC
   Play Area nr Gannocks
   Old Allotments off Wyman way
   Village Green
   ‘Triangle’ on Cherry Orton Rd / New Rd
   Town Pond on Cherry Orton Rd
2. Owned Land
   Allotments off Cherry Orton Rd
   Two storage huts at allotments off Cherry Orton Rd
   New burial ground site
3. Owned Infrastructure
   Bus shelter in lay-by on Oundle Rd at junction with Cherry Orton Rd.
   Seats - one seat is owned, the ‘Jean Barker memorial’.
   Equipment in the Play Area nr Gannocks (maintenance of this and the equipment in the Village Hall has passed to PCC)
   War Memorial in the churchyard
   Noticeboards around the parish in Church Dr, Lady Lodge Dr, Village hall, Matley and Napier Place
   Orton Waterville village sign and structure
4. Village Hall
   OWPC is the holding trustee of the Village Hall charity
5. Maintained Land
   Pond on New Rd
